For customers who don‘t know how to choose bedding
products, You must first determine the size they need. Countries are
different. There are differences in bed sizes and pillow sizes in the United States,
the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia.

Pillowcase      

The pillowcase is a zippered pillow protector, not an envelope style. The advantage
of a zipper pillowcase is that it protects your pillow more tightly and
prevents the pillow from easily coming out of the pillowcase.

Envelope pillowcases make it easy to see the pillowcase on one side. Not to mention
sealing. Therefore, considering the waterproof performance, our pillowcases all
use zipper pillows. (With 2 pictures A and B)

Regarding the production of pillowcases, we use two different methods. One is a
pillowcase made of lightweight PU NYLON fabric. We use sewing equipment to sew
it, just to embed a softer zipper, and the price is more affordable. . The
other is a pillowcase made of thick elastic PU leather fabric. We use a fully
seamless process. And the accessories use watertight waterproof zippers. The
feel and functionality are both excellent. Of course, this high-end PU leather
is more suitable for a full range of PU Leather products, bed sheets, fitted
sheets, quilt covers, etc. very perfect! (With 1 picture C)

Flat sheet/Top Sheet

In some countries, flat sheets are used as sheets to cover the body, but due to the
fabric of our products, they are more suitable for padding under the body
rather than covering it on top. For PVC products, flat sheets are not spliced.
But for other materials, most of them are made by splicing. Because the fabric
width of PU TPU latex is only 1.1m-1.4m, this width is not suitable for a
double bed. So it has to be spliced. Regarding the splicing process, it is also
the core of our store. We will use appropriate processes according to different
fabric properties. Like PU and TPU fabrics, sewing equipment cannot be used to
seam these two fabrics. (With 1 picture D) Because it is not waterproof. If you
heat press a strip after sewing, the softness, hardness and comfort are not
good enough. (With 1 picture E). Because of this material, only seamless
technology can be used. The use of this technology on bedding can be said to be
innovative and unique (with 1 picture F). In fact, it is not easy to do this.
We need to try many different kinds of fabrics and accept many failures.
Finally, you can select a suitable fabric that has good performance in all
aspects and is seamless and strong. As for latex fabrics, there is only one way
to bond them with glue. The choice of glue is also very important. The final
product needs to be moderately firm and comfortable. In addition to the
craftsmanship, the selection of latex materials is also very important. We
choose films with high purity from latex production areas in Southeast Asia.
Ensure every product is handcrafted. It is waterproof and comfortable without
using a single thread, and of course it is environmentally friendly. (With 2
pictures J and J2) When you put the washed and dried sheets on the bed and
apply lubricant (if you need it), you enter a different world. (With a picture

Fitted sheet

Fitted sheets are also the product with the most comprehensive materials. Basically,
all the materials in the store can be used to make fitted sheets. Considering
that the fitted sheet needs to wrap around the mattress, it needs to have
strong elasticity. The choice of elastic bands is very particular. A tension
band that is too narrow will not have enough elasticity to go up. Too wide is
very unsightly. In fact, the choice of zipper tape does not depend on the
width, but on the appropriate elasticity. We have tried making elastic bands
using a seamless process. But it failed, because this kind of elastic band with
adhesive backing can easily cause the glue to not fit properly. During the
long-term stretching process, if a piece of adhesive backing is partially
scattered, the effect of the elastic band will be greatly reduced. So in the
end, when fixing the elastic band, I chose to sew it with sewing equipment.
Because the elastic band of the fitted sheet is under the mattress, it does not
need to be waterproof. This traditional overlocking equipment still fits very
well, and its elasticity is also very strong.

Another thing to note about fitted sheets is the thickness of the mattress size.
Generally, the maximum thickness of mattresses in the United States is 25cm,
the maximum thickness of mattresses in the United Kingdom is 30cm, and the
maximum thickness of mattresses in the European Union is about 25cm. The height
of the fitted sheets we are currently making is 35cm, about 13.7 inches, and
can be applied to most mattresses. So, please feel free to choose.

Quilt cover

The process of quilt cover products is more complicated. Currently, there are only
two types of PU quilt covers, one is PU Nylon material and the other is PU
Leather material. First of all, we chose a waterproof zipper, and the entire
zipper was seamlessly processed. (With 2 pictures H H2). The 1.5 meter long
zipper is a difficulty. You must be very careful when gluing both sides of the
zipper, not only to ensure that the zipper head travels smoothly, but also to
ensure that the zipper edge and the fabric have more adhesion, and to ensure
that no excess glue shows through on the bottom side of the zipper. . Gluing in
one length direction is not the most difficult. The most difficult thing is to
deal with the corner seams. The reinforcement at both ends of the zipper is
very important (with 3 pictures I I2 I3). Only in this way can absolute
waterproofing be guaranteed. When I was studying this process, I once thought that
this processing method could completely make a quilt filled with
“water” instead of “down”. Because when the outside water
is protected from entering the quilt cover, the water inside will naturally not
come out. This idea is conceivable. In the same way, water pillowcases can also
be made with this idea. This way you can sleep cool in the summer. Don’t worry
about being too hot. It is indeed a bit difficult to implement this project.
After all, it is not easy to achieve 100% waterproofing.
