Hello everyone, my name is BECK, a person who likes product development. In fact, I don’t know how to start introducing myself. At first, I wanted to say that I am the father of two naughty and lovely children, or a responsible husband with a happy family, or a person who enjoys work. These may not be acceptable. It completely sums up the 80s generation in me. I like to research products, and I think it’s best to treat your hobby as a job. Hence the beginning.
About seven years ago, I was approached by a friend who wanted to give me some ideas for developing a specialized protective bedding product. I said okay, then let me help you find some ideas. During this process, I consulted a lot of information, and helped friends make plans based on the habits and characteristics of the people. It took two months to develop the product. At the same time, while searching for information, I found a product that was very simple. A PVC bed sheet. When I understand their culture, I know the market for this product.
Why this product?
Why this product is made, I can’t tell. Maybe you like home products with a large area. Give your product a name. My name is BECK, and the word for bedspread is COVER, so together they are called BECKCOVER. Because BECKCOVER not only provides protection (COVER) in bed, but also provides a layer of insurance (COVER) in life.
Starting from the first PVC bedding, I began to research what kind of materials are more environmentally friendly and safer for bedding. The characteristic surfaces of PVC are all glossy, which feels great. His thickness is nice. Even flat sheets are difficult to move when placed on the bed. But considering its slight taste, I developed a second product, TPU bedding. It is more environmentally friendly because it breaks down automatically and has no odor. I call it: jelly sheets. Later, soft PU nylon pillowcases were developed. The thin but tough fabric makes you put it down. Later, high-elastic PU leather products were developed for bed sheet products. Sewing technology has also improved from ordinary sewing technology to the most cutting-edge seamless technology. You can even make a water bedding by submerging pillowcases and duvet covers in water. Of course, there is also a final product, which is natural latex (LATEX) bedding. This product is perfect for those who prefer a highly elastic, glossy, and luxurious feel.
From product design, fabric selection, process processing, and packaging material selection, I am involved in every aspect and enjoy it. Of course, we will provide you with more products in the future.
